Kent Pryor creates meticulously balanced abstract paintings from an ever-evolving exploration of color, form, and design.  Her practice of selective layering and revelation delivered a lively dialogue between the colorful images revealed in the work's surface and those that remain hidden, but powerfully present. 

Pryor earned a BFA in Fine Arts at Converse College and a second BFA in Interior Design from Georgia State University.  She lives and works in Atlanta, Georgia where she maintains a rigorous studio practice.
